3D Printed 80% AR-15 Lower receiver. REINFORCED WITH METAL PARTS

This is a 3D printed 1:1 80% lower clone. The cavity that holds the trigger group and holes that the various firing mechanisms attach to will have to be drilled out by the buyer. The part is printed at 96% infill. It comes with a U-bolt to be used to reinforce the connection with the buffer tube and a piece of all thread to be used in place of the rear take-down pin. For use in rifles calibered in .223 5.56 300 blackout and 6.5 grendale. A jig and hand drill will be required. I’m currently working on a jig to be used with this specific design. It should be done by mid December, so check back regularly. It will be priced at around $10. Please research your local gun laws and insure that 80% lowers are legal in your area! These are printed with a nylon polymer. This polymer is somewhat similar to what Glock makes their newest frames with. It has very high tensile strength, resistance to chemicals and resistance to intense amounts of heat. Feel free to ask any questions!

It is important to note that you are not paying for the lower receiver. I am simply showing you something I can print for you. You are paying for materials and renting my printing services. I am skilled at 3D printing and will successfully build you a lower receiver that will function for a long time. Printing in nylon successfully is difficult. This is for you to save the cost in equipment and the time it takes to learn how to 3D print this design on your own. By buying this you can see if getting into 3D printing guns is something that you feel would be worth your time and effort.  No other 3D printing service will print gun parts.
